Kihei Shores, One of Maui's Best Condo Bargains

Kihei Shores is a well maintained community located across the street from Kamaole III, or Kam 3, one of Maui's best beaches. The Kihei Shores owners association is well organized and even has a website: http://www.kiheishores.com/. It is located in one of the most desireable areas of Kihei and is very close to the border with Wailea, one of the most affluent towns on Maui.

Most of the condos in this complex are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and many have been recently upgraded with new flooring, drapes, refrigerator and washer and dryer, etc. Many owners live on the mainland have their properties under managment by Destination Maui. I think they do a great job and as a result I don't have to think about the property or deal with any of the problems. My unit is currently leased to a good tenant and has been leased most of the time I've owned it. I think this Maui condo complex is one of the best investments in Hawaii and is ideal for a home or for an investment property and in fact this was my first investment property.

Looking west/northwest from Kam 3. Looking across the water you'll see the other side of Maui. The water at Kam 3 is usually relatively calm, it is a great place for swimming.

This is a great beach! The grassy area at the entrance to the beach is a wonderful place for picnics, playing frisbee, or whatever.
